What is my investment direction?
Your investment direction is made up of the securities you chose for your contributions to be invested in each month if you are in a Scheme. The status if your investment direction is important:
Active – any cash in your portfolio is directed to your investment direction
Not set – you do not have an investment direction
Inactive – you had an investment direction, but requested to stop it for a period of time
Paused – you have some other buy orders that you would like the cash in your portfolio to be used for, instead of your investment direction.
Why does my MPS portfolio have a different menu to my KiwiSaver portfolio?
Each of your portfolios has a page of information and features specific to that portfolio, including your holdings. This is to give a quick overview, you can still access more detailed information in the Reports section.
If you have access to a KiwiSaver, Superannuation or mySTART portfolio, it is easier than ever to keep up-to-date with these portfolios. You will be able to view your holdings, direct debits, orders, order history and investment direction. You can access these pages from the quick links on the dashboard, or in the menu under portfolio summary.
As an accountant, I have clients that use the Craigs client portal, how do I access their reports?
Login using your details, go to 'Manage my' in the top menu then select 'To Reports' under 'Clients'. Once in the Reports section, select the account from the dropdown then select 'All reports' and this will allow you to select the relevant report. How do I download my reports on Safari?
For an iPad:
- Click and hold the report you would like to download for 3secs, the menu will then pop up. This step is important because if you just click, the report will be opened in the PDF Viewer.
- Select option ‘Download Linked File’
- You will find the downloaded report on the top right of Safari
When using a desktop computer:
- Right-click on the report and select ‘Open with Preview’
- Then select 'Save' from the File menu
